About Me:
I am a senior artist with 15 years experience within the entertainment industry. Primarily working as a concept artist and illustrator, I have also held roles as art director, lead artist, storyboard artist, CAD draughtsperson and owner/general manager of an award-winning London Cafe and plant shop as an aside.
Never would I have thought that a Chinese takeaway kid like me would end up working on some of the biggest IPs around today. I’m incredibly humbled and fortunate to be where I am and I take pride in all my work, no matter the scale of the project. My Chinese name is Hiu Kan, meaning “dawn endeavour” - this namesake has given me the grit to keep striving for excellence in this field and my craft.
I take great joy in the collaborative process involved in this industry and will always do my utmost to facilitate the creativity and vision of the designer and production.
